Record of civil and criminal cases before the court including dates, names of defendants and plaintiffs, statements of indictments, rulings of the court, decisions of juries, bonds, motions, appeals, and lists of grand jurors and petit jurors; in cases of chancery and trespass, gambling, larceny, misdemeanors, manslaughter, assault, murder, and selling spiritous liquors to Indians. The record shows that eight Indians were indicted for murder and one for assault with intent to murder on October 13, 1834, and includes records of citizenship, lists of jurors, and applications for licenses.
